foundingfatherscry.com April 5, 2011 Way back in 1913, ordinary Citizens, just like us, allowed the passage of the greatest Ponzi Scheme in the history of the world. The Federal Reserve Act. Every dollar printed was loaned to the Treasury Dept. at interest. For me, this was the most devastating revelation and I'm sure it was for you as well. Our entire financial system was placed into the hands of private, central banks and thus our downfall began. Like a thief in the night, members of Congress over the Christmas recess passed through and layed on the Presidents desk this monstrosity. Fortunately for us, people like Eustice Mullins and G. Edward Griffin, amongst others have documented for the rest of us what transpired during that period of time.
The most important aspect of this article is to implore the readers to educate themselves and learn as much as you possibly can. This will require time and sacrifice on your part. I gave up playing live music so that I would have the time to read and learn all that I can. The damage is so severe that if you were to use a time machine and go back to 1913 with a $1 dollar bill from today, you would only be able to buy ten (10) cents worth of goods. 10 pieces of penny candy. That is absolutely mind boggling when you really think about it. We know that the Constitution specifies that only Congress can mint money and that Congress in 1913 just punted that to the central banksters.
Economical health determines National Security and you have to wonder how much of the 650 million acres of Federally Protected land was offered up as collateral. It is the driver of everything we do, what we buy, what we import and export. Essentially, all of our wealth has been stripped out and now with QE or Quantitative Easing, the banksters want a little more. Think about it...The Fed is pumping digital dollars, 4 billion each day into Wall Street to keep the Markets artificially inflated. I see it as a way to draw out whatever is left from ordinary investors in this country. This June, QE2 comes to an end. Then we'll see what's really going on.
We're headed for a collapse and there is no way around it. The sooner it happens, the less painful it might be. The Creatures are going to do all they can to strip us bare and tell us that we're in a recovery. It's up to us to get prepared. Silver, food, water, ammo...there's no downside to stocking up. All of it has value and if there is no collapse, the worst that would happen would be having extra stores on hand? We must also spend some quality face time with our Elected Rep's in Congress, particularly in the House. I'm willing to bet that most of them really do not know what we know and it might be in our best interest to school our Rep's. I will go to Rep. Frank LoBiondo's office and see what he knows, then I'll report that back here.

Information about Martial Law
There is a great deal of traffic on the internet as it relates to Martial Law. Some are suggesting that the current Administration is looking for the means and just cause to implement Martial Law in the U.S. I will count myself as one of those who believe that as long as we The People are armed, our Government and other International Governments are impeded.
Let me begin by defining Martial Law. Martial Law is basically the suspension of Habeus Corpus, or simply that the Commanding Power that declares Martial Law is in fact, over riding all Civilian Police and Courts. For the purposes of this writing, I would like to confine the discussion of Martial Law as it pertains to the United States of America.
Martial Law has been declared several times in our country's history. The last Nation-Wide use of Martial Law goes back to the Civil War. President Lincoln declared Martial Law throught the entire nation. Now this is important; he did so with authorization of Congress. In our Constitutional Republic, it is most desireable for a President to receive Authorization by the Congress, however, the POTUS can declare Martial Law without the approval of Congress.
It would be incumbent upon the Congress to challenge a Declaration of Martial Law in the Federal Court System, though it is not required. Based on our past history, and on Case Law, ex parte Milligan (71 US 2 [1866]) the Proclamation of Martial Law, solely by the POTUS, without the incapacitation of our Local and State Police and Courts, would be Unconstitutional.
" The President can declare martial law when circumstances warrant it: When the civil authority cannot operate, then martial law is not only constitutional, but would be necessary: "If, in foreign invasion or civil war, the courts are actually closed, and it is impossible to administer criminal justice according to law, then, on the theatre of active military operations, where war really prevails, there is a necessity to furnish a substitute for the civil authority, thus overthrown, to preserve the safety of the army and society; and as no power is left but the military, it is allowed to govern by martial rule until the laws can have their free course. As necessity creates the rule, so it limits its duration; for, if this government is continued after the courts are reinstated, it is a gross usurpation of power. Martial rule can never exist where the courts are open, and in the proper and unobstructed exercise of their jurisdiction. It is also confined to the locality of actual war."
In summary, there appears to be sufficient safeguards in place with Checks and Balances and Case Law to prohibit the current Administration from declaring Martial Law. It is up to all of us to share this information with everyone we know and most importantly, with members of our Armed Forces. This is not to say that I completely dismiss the idea of Martial Law coming at us, but rather, I feel a little bit better knowing that our Founding Fathers have placed many obstacles in the path of a Tyrannical Government. I hope this will somewhat ease your fears, but, we must always be Vigilant and absorbing knowledge. Knowledge is Power!

January 13, 2010...UN Disarmament Treaty
Today I would like to address what I would consider to be a very serious matter of the utmost importance. I have recently completed reading "The Bilderberg Group" by David Estulin. You can get the book here at Amazon. In Davids book, he clearly outlines and details some US Government documents and Public Law that most of us have not been aware of. In particular, David points out U.S. State Dept. Publication 7277 Sept. 1961. Here is a copy on the web. Clearly, JFK was concerned about world peace and he bought into a UN Disarmament whereby, all Nations would Volunterily give up their weapons and the UN would be the world's military power.
Obviously, this is dream land and I can't fault Jack Kennedy for wanting world peace. Here's the downside; This process has permanently put our Sovereignty in the hands of a World Government. What needs to be done, at this point, is to further study the architects of this State Dept. Publication. This I will endeavor to do in the coming days or weeks.
Now that we have established a desire by the Administration to forego our individual rights and our Military, we now move on to the actual Law that makes this so dangerous and quite real. Public Law 87-297 of Sept. 1961. Here is a copy of that Public Law. As you can clearly see, this Law was enacted by both Houses of Congress and it still remains to this day.
Sometime this year, the White House will be sending Sec. of State Hillary Clinton to the UN to sign the Disarmament Treaty. I know, the first thing that comes to mind is that she may sign it but, the Senate has to ratify it. That's what I thought until I did some research on Treaties. As of 2010 there are several ways that the United States may sign Binding Treaties. The most prevalent is by Executive Agreement, or rather, the President or in this case, the Executive Branch may sign a Treaty by Sole Executive power.
Normally, the Executive Branch would follow the formal process of signing a Treaty (for the cameras) and then that Treaty is put before the Senate for Ratification. The Senate may reject that Treaty. What is most troublesome here is that clearly, the White House can sign a binding Treaty. Now, let's look at the UN site here. We must exert maximum pressure on our Elected Representitives to compel the White House into the Formal Treaty Process. I will post any and all remedies as I find them.

Chemtrails as discussed last night. Chemtrails have been a part of our daily lives since 1997. Don't ask your Congressman about Chemtrails; that's a bad word. Refer to it as Indirect and Semi-Direct Aerosol Campaign. I've been doing alot of research on this Chemtrail business and I'm going to report the following:
Chemtrails are very real! My colleague, Rowdy was watching the Chemtrails just yesterday in the North Texas area. Chemtrails are even acknowledged by our Government as necessary to reduce pollution and to reflect harmful sunlight back out into space. Since 1997, there have been thousands of these Chemtrail flights here in the US and in other parts of the world. What they're spraying is Aluminum Salts and Barium. Basically, soft metals. These metals are reaching the ground and even making many people sick. Here is a YouTube video that clearly shows what is hitting the ground: Video Here
Let's assume that the Barium is in fact, weakening our immune systems. Would it be a stretch to also assume that Big Brother would drop a Flu Bug on us? Perhaps they could drop this bug on locations around the country where Militia Groups are known to live and train. How difficult would it be for the Gov't to disable or even kill many of the people that are currently neutralizing a Martial Law action?
Here is what we want and I expect you to help: We need to contact our Elected Representitives, NOW and ensure that they are hip to what is going on. We want it stopped...NOW! This aerosol spraying is killing off our Eco-System. I remember a quote by Albert Einstein. He said that if mankind were to kill off all of the Honeybees, Mankind as we know it would cease to exist. I've been seeing lots of Yellow Jackets and Wasps and Carpenter bee's, but really, I have not seen very many Honey bees like years ago. Come to think of it, I have not seen many Fireflys or what we called Lightning bugs. Think about it.
